Placing an Order

At Phulkari of Punjab, every product is handcrafted with care by our skilled women artisans.

You can place your order directly through our website by selecting your preferred product, size, and color (if applicable).

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with all details. For any customization requests or bulk inquiries, please reach out to us at phulkaricooperative2023@gmail.com before placing your order.

Please note that certain hand-embroidered pieces are made-to-order and may require additional production time.

Order Processing Time

Since all our products are 100% hand-embroidered, processing and dispatch time varies depending on the item:

- Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 15-20 business days.

- Made-to-order items: Usually take 2–6 weeks for completion and dispatch, depending on the type and intricacy of the item.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

 

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India and internationally.

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 15-20 working days after dispatch.

International delivery timelines depend on destination and customs clearance processes.

Shipping charges and applicable duties (for international orders) are calculated at checkout.

We take utmost care to ensure safe packaging and reliable delivery of every handcrafted item.

 

Order Cancellations

- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not yet entered production.

- Once work begins on a made-to-order product, cancellation is not possible due to the artisan’s time and effort invested.

To request a cancellation, please email phulkaricooperative2023@gmail.com with your order number.

 

Returns & Exchanges

As every piece is handmade, slight variations in embroidery, pattern, or colour may occur — these are part of the product’s natural beauty and authenticity, not defects.

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

- The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

- The return request is raised within 2 days of delivery by emailing phulkaricooperative2023@gmail.com

Once approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process.

Please ensure:

- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

- Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original mode of payment.

In case of replacements, a new shipment will be arranged once the returned item is verified.
Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
