At Phulkari of Punjab, each product is handcrafted with care, celebrating the traditional artistry of Punjab. As our products are handmade and often made to order, we currently do not offer exchanges.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The item is unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please email us at phulkaricooperative2023@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process. A replacement or refund (as applicable) will be processed after inspection.
